From November 26, 1990 to January 8, 2002, Richard provided professional insurance protection, risk analysis, and insurance consulting while employed as Vice-President of Morris & Reynolds Insurance; a prestigious family owned and operated Miami based insurance agency. His greatest endeavor within  the agency was during his last two years of employment when he obtained and serviced the largest commercial account the agency acquired since the agency began operation some fifty-plus years ago.

During his tenure with Morris & Reynolds Insurance several agency clients complained of lack luster customer service issues related to their technology needs. On October 8, 1998, Richard opened a part-time business from his home where he provided professional grade technology services to those clients that required special assistance with technology.

Today, Richard is President and C.E.O. of Botics Computer Consulting Services, Inc. (www.botics.com), a full time Village of Pinecrest, Florida based computer consulting corporation that provides specialized services to individuals, private and public companies, the Federal Government, non-profit organizations, and other business entities that have a need or desire to utilize and support technological issues.

Richard provides his clients with the best possible solutions to sustain realistic goals and maintains a strong client relationship with those people and businesses he interacts with.

He believes that it is important to use internal team members to form a solid corporate support structure while incorporating new ideas, sale strategies, useful and cost efficient technology, and other tools to build a solid infrastructure for the future- for us and our clients.
