– March 27, 2008 – Botics Computer Consulting Services, Inc. located within the Village of Pinecrest, Florida will celebrate its 10th year in business on October 8th, 2008. The company founder and owner, Richard H. Reynolds began the business as a part time web site designer.

Soon the company branched into hosting through various contacts he met while designing web sites. What Richard noticed was the lack of service being offered by hosting companies. Effectively, there was no personal service. Richard decided it was time to pull his hosting accounts from his vendors and keep all of his clients in house by offering custom hosting solutions to them. Sales revenues increased as hosting fees now became a part of the services the business offered. During this time web design started to take a down turn in profits. Family and friends to those that sought web design became competition for new web site business. The family and friends that designed these web sites do not have the capability to do it long term as they have family, personal, and professional responsibilities that force them to stall or not finish projects. Obviously, an area of concern for any web design firm, Richard made sure to have the business excel by pulling all the pieces together and rebuilding incomplete web sites for those that were stuck without a finished project.

Around the year 2002, Richard noticed that network service technicians in the Miami, Florida area were not able to meet the demands of those customers that had network, workstation,  or other issues. Complaints from those he interacted with included technicians forgetting to show up or not showing up on time. Moving into this field was challenging for the company as the business did not have a brand name that people recognized with service in this field. By word of mouth Richard pushed the business into a new sector as he offered personal on time computer repair services. Richard provided personal ordering, wiring, installation of network components, and service plans. He wanted the business to walk the clients through the entire process so they understood the technology they were putting into place and were about to use on a daily basis.

Richard decided to offer 24 / 7 client support and service to those professionals that needed on demand service. Doctor's and lawyers make up the largest segment of the business professionals that use this service. Since 2004, the business has offered on demand service for those that desire a technology consultant on stand by.

During the well publicized recession in 2008 the business sustains its growth by offering a personal valued service using a hands on approach and blazing communication with clients. "Odds are you may not need a new car, new house, or other big ticket items during this economic cycle; but our clients depend on technology in which they happen to be surrounded with." stated Richard when asked about the forecast for 2008.
